Run Hard

Life is full of ups and downs.... peaks and troughs, hills and valleys. But the thing we must not forget and always cling onto is that behind everything that is going on, when all is said and done, God is in control and He is working His purposes in us.


I was really moved by a recent talk I heard in the past week. The speaker was talking about relationships, but he said something about life in general which has become my motivation: "Run hard for Jesus." Nothing else matters more. All the money, all the posessions, everything in this world... is nothing compared to God, His greatness, His compassion, His love. If our God matches this description, which He does, how can anything else matter more that living to give Him the ultimate glory?
